1. Do you offer set-ups in hotel rooms? 

Yes! We are happy to offer rentals in the comfort of your own suite. We know the Vegas strip can be not so friendly for your child's entertainment and would love to change that for you. 

2. If I only need your services for two hours, can you discount my package price? 

 While our pricing may seem fixed, it reflects the value you receive, including top-notch equipment, expert and swift set-up, and a seamless rental experience, even for shorter durations.

3. How many hours can I rent my soft play package for? 

We are the home of the all day soft play experience. You are welcome to request your soft play package for the whole day at no extra charge. We just ask that the latest pickup time is 8:00 P.M. 

4. How will I know if I have enough space for the soft play setup? 

All of our soft play packages are described in detail in our packages tab of our website. Check it out and find the perfect set-up just for your child!

5. How is your equipment cleaned? 

Every single piece of soft play equipment is cleaned with a gentle and effective soap or cleaner so that you can be rest assured your child is having a safe and clean experience on their special day.
